Shipping policy
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Local (Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania) orders will be dispatched by Omniva.
Orders to the rest of the world are sent via Latvian post office (www.pasts.lv) as tracked parcels. That means that regardless of your location, a tracking number will be available once the goods are dispatched.
Average delivery times are as follows:
- 2 business days for local deliveries
- 7-14 business days for deliveries within EU
- 10-21 business days for deliveries in the rest of the world
Above mentioned times are estimations based on average numbers in the past. Delivery within those timeframes is not guaranteed.
There is also an option to upgrade to express EU/Worldwide delivery for additional fee. Those will be sent by DHL Express and usually take up to 5-7 days to be delivered, depending on your location.
FREE SHIPPING
Worldwide free shipping is available. Free shipping is applied when the total value of your shopping cart exceeds a certain amount (after any discounts, if applied). This amount can be reviewed and changed at our sole discretion.
- Orders from Baltic States are eligible for free shipping when order amount is 50.00 EUR
- For the rest of the world, free shipping is available for orders above 99.00 EUR
- Orders with at least 2 (two) items are also eligible for free world-wide shipping, regardless of the total value of the cart. This only applies to items without active discounts.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
You are free to choose "Express" delivery option on checkout screen. In the event of express delivery request, your item will be shipped via DHL/TNT/DPD or any other express delivery service (subject to availability in both Latvia and destination country as well as your personal preference).
The cost for express delivery is 30.00 EUR
Please note that express delivery option only affects the time it takes to deliver your items after they are shipped and will not reduce processing/wait time. Standard processing terms still apply.
