ORDER PROCESSING
REGULAR ORDERS
All goods are 'made to order'. Wait time is normally up to 5 business days. Depending on the amount of orders received from customers, wait times could increase. This is especially relevant during busier periods, such as but not limited to holiday seasons.
READY TO SHIP
Anything ordered from a READY TO SHIP collection will be dispatched within 1 business day.
CUSTOM INQUIRIES
For custom orders processing time is discussed separately case-by-case. Final waiting time will depend on the complexity of your project.
To ensure fair treatment of all customers, all orders are processed in sequence they are received.
SHIPPING
Local (Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania) orders will be dispatched via Omniva.
Worldwide orders are sent via Latvian post office (www.pasts.lv) as tracked parcels. That means that regardless of your location, a tracking number will be available once the goods are dispatched.
Average delivery times specified in Shipping Policy are estimated, not guaranteed. Delivery time depends solely on the capacity of the postal office or a courier company.
EXPRESS DELIVERIES
I can dispatch your goods with DHL/TNT/DPD or any other express delivery service (subject to availability in both countries and your preference). Additional cost for express delivery shall be covered by the customer.
PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Card and PayPal options are available at checkout.
Please send me an email if you wish to pay via bank transfer, revolut or wise.
LEATHER QUALITY
All crafts are made from highest quality vegetable tanned full-grain leathers. I use leather produced by well-known Italian/US/Japanese tanneries.
All leather hides are different. That means that every single product will be unique in its own way. Due to the nature of the tanning process leather pieces may have slight differences in color, stiffness and finish. Some pieces may have small natural marks and scars, but I am always trying to choose pieces of leather that will be suitable for the crafts you buy.
